Quinoa Cauliflower Spinach Bake

Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups quinoa


  • 1 1/2 cups cauliflower florets


  • 3 nos egg


  • 1 1/4 cups milk


  • 1 cups palak


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1/2 cups mozeralla cheese


  • 1 tsp cummin


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt(salt to taste)

Directions

  • Soak cauliflower florets in salted water.
  • Wash palak leaves and chop finely.
  • Wash Quinoa well and keep it aside.
  • Whisk egg with pepper and salt to taste and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok add cummin, cauliflower and pepper powder and saute for two minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade. Grease loaf tin well.
  • Mix Quinoa, cauliflower, palak, milk and egg mixture together. Add salt to taste.
  • Pour the mixture in a greased tin and bake at 300 degrees centigrade for 35 minutes covering with silver foil.
  • After 35 minutes remove foil and add cheese over and bake for 5 minutes.
  • After baking cool for few minutes. Cut the baked Quinoa loaf into pieces and serve all.
  • Healthy bake is ready for all ages.
